How to Book
Booking your luxury experience at Autumn Ridge is simple and intuitive. To ensure we provide the dedicated time and artistry your hair deserves, all appointments must be reserved through our online booking portal, speaking to the front desk, or by contacting your specific stylist personally. We recommend scheduling several weeks in advance to secure your preferred date and time within our lounge environment.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we kindly ask for at least 48 hours notice.
Cancellations made within 48 hours of your scheduled service will incur a 50% fee.
Cancellations or no-shows within 24 hours will be charged 100% of the scheduled service.

Unpaid balances must be settled before booking future appointments.
Confirmation Messages
Upon successfully scheduling your visit, you will receive an immediate confirmation via email or text. We also send a courtesy reminder 48 hours prior to your ritual. We kindly ask that you confirm your attendance through the link provided in the message to ensure a seamless check-in experience at the lounge.

You can schedule your visit to Autumn Ridge: A Beauty Lounge in the way that’s most convenient for you:
• Online: Book anytime through our secure online booking system.
• In Person: Reserve your appointment while you’re at the salon.
• Text-to-Chat: Message us through our text-to-chat to request or confirm an appointment.
• Reception: Call or speak with our front desk team during business hours.
Walk-in appointments may be available but are not guaranteed. To ensure availability, calling ahead is always appreciated.
A deposit may be required to secure your appointment. Once your booking is confirmed, you will receive a confirmation via text or email with all relevant appointment details, including date, time, and service(s) scheduled.

Salon Etiquette
Autumn Ridge is a sanctuary for luxury beauty. Please arrive on time to enjoy your full ritual; arrivals past 15 minutes may need to be rescheduled and charged a fee. To preserve our atmosphere, we kindly request no additional guests or children unless they are also receiving a service.
